In a significant move towards environmental conservation, the MVD Department Poonch, under the leadership of Imran Choudhary, Mohd Kaif, and Mozum Jahan MTI, Bashir Mir Forest Guard initiated a comprehensive plantation drive in collaboration with the Forest Department. This initiative, which took place in the presence of esteemed officials, aimed to enhance the greenery and ecological balance along the National Highway, specifically in the adjoining area of Kalai Poonch. During the drive, a large number of new saplings were planted, and participants were also provided with additional saplings for distribution and planting in their respective localities. This collaborative effort underscores the commitment of both departments to sustainable development and environmental preservation. The active involvement of the community and local authorities highlights a unified approach towards creating a greener, more sustainable future for the region.
