The Deputy Commissioner, Yasin M. Choudhary(IAS) chaired a meeting today to review the progress of development works under the SAMAGRA Shiksha program in the district.
The Deputy Commissioner took stock of all the developmental works being undertaken at educational institutions across the district. He gave strict directions to the relevant authorities to complete the ongoing works at the earliest possible time.
The Joint Director of the School Education Department, Mohd Ashraf Choudhary, presented a detailed PowerPoint presentation on the SAMAGRA Shiksha profile of the district. He briefed the attendees about the progress made under various construction and non-construction components of the program.
The meeting was convened to ensure the timely completion of development works and to monitor the overall progress of the SAMAGRA Shiksha initiative in the district.
The meeting was attended by Joint Director Education Department, Mohd.Ashraf Choudhary, SE PWD(R&B), K.K Atri, Chief Planing Officer, Mohd.Rafi, CEO Education, Bishamber, Xen PWD Mendhar, DPEO, Narinder Mohan Suri, AEE PWD(R&B), Mohd.Aslam Khan, besides ZEOs, JEs and other concerned were present.
