JAMMU, July 6: The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Saturday assigned additional charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Public Grievances Department (PGD) and CEO, ERA, to Administrative Secretary, Planning Development and Monitoring Department Mohammad Aijaz Asad till further orders
