Srinagar, May 25(GNS): Six persons sustained injuries after two rival groups clashed during polling in Mendhar area of District Poonch on Saturday.
Officials told GNS that around 4 pm two groups clashed between each other for unknown reasons at a polling station in Dharana Mendhar.
During clahes six people sustained injuries and where shifted to hospital for treatment. However polling continued, they said.
Meanwhile, police has registered a case in this regard and investigation has been taken up, they added.(GNS)
